Payment Terms : Irrevocable (Non-Transferable) Letter of Credit Payable at Sight
1. Advance Payment (50%)
The buyer is required to make an advance payment of 50% of the total order value via MT103 / Telegraphic Transfer (TT) upon contract signing. This payment confirms the order and allows the seller to prepare the shipment.
After receiving the advance payment, the seller will send the buyer photos and videos of the prepared goods, along with a paper clearly showing the current date.
2. Final Payment (50%) via L/C
The remaining 50% of the total order value must be settled through an Irrevocable (Non-Transferable) Letter of Credit (L/C) Payable at Sight.
This L/C must be opened by the buyer within 15 days of the contract signing date and must be valid for 60 days.
Once the seller receives the final payment from the L/C, all shipping documents will be released to the buyer immediately.
